I’ve Been Busy

I’ve been scanning the Blogosphere looking for some good blogs. I don’t want to overload the blogroll, so I’ve selected a few of the lesser-read, but good, blogs to add to it. Check out some of the new links, if you’re of a mind.

Many of them are kindred spirits to FauxNEWS.

I’m still in the market for a well-spoken, sane liberal author. If anyone ever finds one, let me know.

“Liberal” and “sane” don’t exist in the same universe.
    Good luck on your mission.

    Dangit;

Get Buck Sarge up there on the blog roll. I was all tied up with grandkid’s Christmas that I didn’t notice his response to my post. He’s always a good, intelligent, read.

    Dangit, backatcha…

Give me a link, next time. I’ve put up what I THINK is the right link.. “American Citizen Soldier.”

If that’s not right, let me know.

For all reading this, I am always looking for a few things:

A sane, well-written liberal author (marc thinks this doesn’t exist)
Good blogs for our blog roll (I’ve posted this before)
Good authors who are outside the greater Houston area
Great authors in the greater Houston area

Wino, Here is a excellent blog to go under international. I have been following these guys since Saddam fell.

    http://iraqthemodel.blogspot.com/

The site is owned by two brothers who are dentists in Bagdad. They currently are in the US getting advanced degrees.

Visit the site and read the last post. Interesting perspective.

Michael Yon needs to be there also.

It took me a while, but I finally got around to it. I plan to do some more Election 2008 posts later, as well.
